Joe is in the real estate business because he enjoys engaging in professional occupation to supplement his navy retirement. His main goal is to “keep abreast of market condition.” Joe’s favorite part of his job is dealing with future homeowners and assisting them in making an extremely important decision- choosing the right home. He is currently continuing education with FATCO and correspondence courses. When asked how he came to be a Ridgecrest realtor at Vaughn Realty, Joe simply says that he retired from the navy and decided to become an agent. His specialty is houses and land, and he has great service to people.
